Apparently, the fair Count broke up with LuAnn via email, according to sources at the New York Post. He has left her for an ethopian chic not only half his age, but possibly half LuAnn's age as well.I for one predicted the demise of this marriage a long time ago. LuAnn seemed far more in love with being countess than in love with her actual husband, at least based on the show. If you haven't guessed it by now, I have never been a fan of LuaAnn, so I feel a slight bit of smugness in this news. So here's a recap...
We now know that the Countess is not in fact the best purveyor of love advice after all. And that perhaps there is a more suitable suitor out there for her.
I feel sort of bad about all my mockery now. But, this may be good for her. Now she can order a pizza without having to go into a diatribe about the Count's ancestors delivering the statue of liberty to America by hand. The only one I worry about is poor Rosanna.
