long distance light lovin

Couples in long distance relationships are being sought to try out a prototype device designed to communicate intimacy from their bedrooms. Moray-based technology laboratory, Distance Lab, hopes to find three couples willing to use Mutsugoto. The device allows couples, who are separated by distance, to draw in light on each other's bodies or beds. See more about the study here.

Maybe I've never cared enough to want to light touch a lover from the distance, but really, is there a point to this technology?

  1. Come on, you have to admit that's really damn cool, if a little wacky.
