I think Chet is just confused from years of not being able to express his sexuality. Although it is hard to overlook his occasional flamboyant behavior. I am pretty sure he went on a date with a girl in one of the episodes. Perhaps that was just to cover up his true closeted ways. Either way I find him, very entertaining.

The only thing that can define Chet as a homosexual is him being sexually interested in men. Chet says he's not and also shows us that by not abiding by the society's stereotypes he is controversial. We should all fear being different!
