I just came upon some of the photos from Dopolavaro Gallery ( created by communications agency GoLab) over at coolhunting.
They are currently exhibiting the work of Freudenthal and Verhagen.There's some truly awe-inspiring stuff. Here's a little bit of Dopolavaro's manifesto...
Dopolavoro Golab "will be constant and implacable creation and destruction: the never-ending diversity will annihilate the boredom and the anguish of the slavery to the happy-hour. Quantity and quality will become one: the civilization of our luxury will abolish the stale folklore that dictates what’s in fashion because “oldmen’s proverbs make young people die of hunger”.
It's some pretty weighty goals. This is actually my first look at Doplolavaro gallery, but I like what I see so far.
