there's always a reminder...


... to stop complaining about my own minor misfortunes.

Unaddressed is part of Housepaint, an exhibit at the Royal Ontario Museum, giving a voice to the under-housed. Each sign is taken from a conversation with an individual who is currently or has recently become homeless. It's a message that becomes harder and harder to ignore.

"Panhandlers' signs are usually asking for money," Bergeron explains, "but there's other stuff you may want to convey to people passing you by."
