theater on bus sides

detour_background

I'm a big fan of theater and tend to embrace it all forms. Whether it be performed on a stage, in a park, or a street corner. But I have yet to experience it on a bus.

The Foundry Theatre’s current offering, “The Provenance Of Beauty” by Claudia Rankine takes visitors to the heart of their story, South Bronx, in order to illustrate gentrification, growth and community all where the experiences actually live. The story is told along a bus ride through the neighborhoods where it's set.
